Is my data used to train the public AI model?
Absolutely not. All deployments (even Standard SaaS) are logically isolated. We are ISO 27001 certified and enforce strict data sovereignty. Your intellectual property remains yours.
How long does onboarding typically take?
Standard SaaS deployments are provisioned within 48 hours. Enterprise Hybrid and On-Premises deployments depend on your internal IT clearance but typically take 2-4 weeks.
Do we need a dedicated IT team to manage this?
No. The platform is designed for procurement and engineering teams. Unless you choose the On-Premises deployment, our team handles all infrastructure maintenance and updates.
