Your tender documents and derived data are never used to train public or shared AI models. Every customer workspace operates in logical isolation, regardless of deployment model (Standard SaaS, Customer-Hosted Azure, Enterprise Hybrid, or On-Premises).

TenderGenie is ISO 27001 certified. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is governed by role-based access control (RBAC), with complete audit trails maintained for every document access and query.
