Government & Public Sector Tender Analysis

Public procurement follows published rules: eligibility criteria, mandatory documents, prescribed formats and fixed deadlines. TenderGenie supports government tender analysis for suppliers, helping bid teams find relevant public tenders, check qualification and mandatory requirements and prepare a complete response for review before they submit it through the buyer's own process.

Tender challenges

The rules are published, but scattered.

  1. Tenders on many portals

Government departments, local bodies and public sector undertakings publish on different portals and in different formats.

  2. Eligibility decides first

Turnover, experience and registration criteria can rule a bid out before its technical merit is considered.

  3. Mandatory documents and formats

Declarations, forms, certificates and prescribed formats must be complete, and a missing item can make a bid non-responsive.

  4. The buyer's timetable

Pre-bid queries, corrigenda and submission dates all run to deadlines the bidder does not control.

Questions

Government & Public Sector
questions answered.

Which public tenders can TenderGenie find?

Tender Sourcing covers government, private, e-procurement and global sources. Coverage of specific portals and regions varies, so check the portals you bid on during a demo.

How do we keep track of mandatory documents?

Document Intelligence brings mandatory forms, declarations and annexures out of the tender documents, the offer checklist in Response Builder shows what the response should contain, and organization documents are attached from your document categories.

How are corrigenda and clarifications handled?

Add revised documents to the tender workspace so they are analyzed with the rest of the pack, and check each change against the original requirement. Pre-bid queries follow the buyer's process and deadline; inside your team they can be assigned and tracked through Collaboration.

Can it confirm that we meet the eligibility criteria?

No. It brings the criteria together and compares them with your credentials for review. Eligibility and compliance determinations stay with your team.

Does TenderGenie submit bids on government portals?

No. TenderGenie helps prepare and compile the response. Your team submits it through the buyer's portal or process.

What does a public sector bid team gain from TenderGenie?

Eligibility and mandatory requirements visible early, fewer documents chased at the deadline, a complete package assembled for review and a record of clarifications and outcomes for the next tender from the same buyer.
